• Must have Urgent Care or ER experience & Comfortable with procedures such as suturing
• Occ Med experience and DOT certified strongly preferred
• Work with another provider at each location
• EMR is Velocidoc
• Credentialing 30 days in IL
• 12 hour shifts- 30-40 patients/day
• Able to see all ages

  • Full time schedule working 12 hour shifts
  • Must be able to suture
  • Prefer provider with DOT experience
