Position: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Type: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Contract, Travel, Temporary, Seasonal

📅 Schedule
Flexible scheduling – Monday through Sunday
Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
No nights required
No weekends required (optional if desired)
🏥 Practice Setting
Home Health
In-home patient evaluations
🩺 Work Details
Average 6–9 visits per day
Responsibilities:
Conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations
Review medical history and medications
Perform physical assessments
Complete documentation using pre-populated, patient-specific forms
Important Notes:
No prescribing medications
No ordering labs
No changes to patient treatment plans

Airfare, hotel, and rental car may be provided (based on eligibility)

Board Certified NP or PA
Active state license
Master’s degree required
