Job description

M-F, 36 clinical hours
Monday- Thursday 8-8 pm
Friday- 8-4 pm
30% no show rate
chart while with the patients
average is 3-4 patients per hour, 15-30 minute appointments
Duties of the provider:
See newborns, all ages 0-18
Will accept a PT provider
Will look at FMNP/FMPA if they can see all ages 0-18 and they are coming from a heavy pediatrics previously

2 interviews

• 3 needs for PNP/ Will look at FNP with heavy peds experience
• Bread and butter primary care- ages newborns - 18 y/o
• 3 month initial contract + option to extend
