Primary Care NP/PA – Stevens Point, WI

QUICK START

* Start: ASAP | October/November
* Duration: 3 months with potential to extend
* Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week
* Shift: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional days extending to 5:00 PM based on patient needs
* Coverage Needed: 20 shifts/month
* Call: None
* Setting: Direct Primary Care Clinic
* Patient Population: Adults
* Patients/Day: Approximately 10 or fewer
* Rate: All-inclusive; some flexibility, but rate must be all-inclusive
* Travel: Client highly prefers local candidates but is open to providers traveling in
* Credentialing: Approximately 2 weeks once all required documentation is received

Practice Details

* Provide full-scope primary care, including acute, chronic, and wellness care
* Low-volume, patient-focused practice with a minimum of 30-minute appointments
* Non-productivity-driven environment
* Clinic provides primary care services to employees through employer partnerships
* Support Staff: TBD
* EMR: TBD

Requirements

* Board Certification: Required
* WI License: Required; candidates already licensed in Wisconsin highly preferred, but licensing may be considered
* DEA: TBD
* Minimum 2 years of primary care experience
* Full-scope primary care experience required
* Women’s Health and Urgent Care experience preferred, but not required
