Urgent Care NP/PA – Crawfordsville, IN
📅 Start: December 2026 / ASAP
⏰ Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 8 AM–8 PM, Monday–Sunday
🏥 Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care
📋 Contract: 13 weeks | 1099
🚫 No Call
Position Details:
Approximately 30–50 patients per day
Epic EMR (experience preferred; training available)
Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related background
Requirements:
Board certified
Active Indiana license
Active Indiana CSR
Active Indiana DEA or easily transferable DEA
