Job description

Family Nurse Practitioner locum opportunity in Bowling Green, KY. This is a hybrid telehealth and home health role with a consistent weekday schedule.

Schedule:
• Start: May 2026
• Full-time, Monday – Friday
• 8:00am – 5:00pm
• No call

Practice:
• Hybrid: ~70% telehealth / 30% home visits
• 6–10 patient interactions per day
• Assessment-only role (no prescribing)
• Adult and pediatric patient population
• Equipment provided by client

Requirements:
• Board Certified FNP
• Active KY license (licensing not available)
• Must be comfortable seeing both adults and pediatrics

Credentialing:
• Standard timeframe
