Job description

Family Practice NP locum opportunity in Bowling Green, KY available. This is a hybrid telehealth and home health role with a consistent weekday schedule.

Schedule:
• Start: June 2026
• Month-to-month assignment (extension potential)
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00am – 5:00pm
• No call

Practice:
• 70% telehealth / 30% in-home visits
• Home visits within ~30-mile radius
• ~6–10 patients per day on average
• Assessment-based role (no prescribing)
• Equipment provided

Requirements:
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (Family Practice)
• Active KY license (licensing not available)
• Must be comfortable seeing all ages

Credentialing:
• Standard timeframe
