Job description

Hi!Home Health NP/PA locum opportunity in Louisiana available. This is a flexible, outpatient-style role with no call and no procedures.

Schedule:
• Start: June 2026
• Flexible schedule (Monday – Sunday)
• Daytime hours between 7:00am – 7:00pm
• No nights or weekends required

Practice:
• Home health setting
• 6–9 in-home patient visits per day
• Focus on health assessments (no prescribing or treatment changes)
• Pre-scheduled visits with structured documentation

Requirements:
• Board Certified NP or PA
• Active state license (licensing not available)
• Master’s degree required

Credentialing:
• Approximately 1–3 weeks
