Locum Primary Care NP/PA - Dover-Foxcroft, Maine

Hourly + Travel Expenses

Client WILL WAIT FOR LICENSE! Prefers active Maine license.

Outpatient Setting - FQHC

Credentialing: 30 days

Start Date: 2/9 or 2/16

LOA: 3-6 month contracts

Work Schedule: Tues - Fri 7A-6P (1hr lunch, 4 admin hours)

Patient Volume: 14-16 ppd

Procedures: Basic family medicine- wellness exam, cold, cough, flu, chronic care, diabetes, weight management. Bread and butter PC

EMR: Athena - must be proficient, no exceptions

License: Maine, WILL WAIT FOR A LICENSE!

Certifications: BC, DEA, BLS, ACLS

Additional Info: Provider will be assigned an RN, LPN, or MA
