New Opportunity Located in Southeast MA with Aya Locums: Family Nurse Practitioner

Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a locum assignment at an outpatient clinic in Southeast Massachusetts.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: June 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours
• Schedule: Flexible scheduling available (20–40 hours/week)
• Shift Details: Mon, Wed, Fri 8a-5p, Tues/Thursday 8a-8, Sat 8a-12p
• Weekend Requirements: May be asked to work 2 weekends per month

Work Details
• Patient Volume: 25–30 patients per day
• Patient Population: Family Medicine with strong pediatric focus preferred
• Responsibilities: Full-scope primary care including outpatient visits, panel management, preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care visits, patient communication, care coordination, and referrals
• Preventive Care: Routine health maintenance including history & physicals, developmental and risk assessments, cancer screenings, and patient education
• EMR: Epic
• Skills Required: Must be comfortable working independently; pediatric experience strongly preferred

Requirements
• Board Certification: Required
• License: Active Massachusetts license required
• Certifications Required: BLS
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience preferred
