Job description

Specialty: FNP THAT WILL WORK IN PSYCH UNIT

Start Date: August
13 week assignment
Schedule: 8-5 M-F

Family medicine NP with 2+ years exp. to work intermittent weekends

Work Details:
· Patient population/age: ages starting at age 10 up to elderly, mostly adults
· Providers Requested: 1
· EMR: Cerner

Practice Setting:
• Inpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: FNP-BC
· License required: MA
· Minimum experience required: 2 years experience required
· Certifications required: BLS, PALS, ACLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days - ASAP
