About the clinician's workday
Clinicians will provide outpatient perimenopause and menopause care to an adult patient population at an on-site clinic, working Monday through Friday on a day shift schedule structured as four 10-hour shifts or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; a hybrid model of 75% telehealth and 25% in-person is in place, with a 100% telehealth option available for clinicians working Eastern Standard Time hours. The expected caseload is 16 patients per day, structured as 8 patients in the morning and 8 in the afternoon, with dedicated administrative time allotted for documentation. Clinicians must be experienced with prescribing menopausal hormone therapy, and all clinical documentation is maintained through the EPIC EMR system. No call or weekend coverage is required for this assignment; required credentials include a state NP license, DEA registration, prescriptive authority, and one reference, with credentialing estimated at approximately 7 days.
