Family Nurse Practitioner (or PA) – Family Medicine | Michigan
Step into a steady outpatient role seeing a full-scope patient panel in a community-focused clinic. Strong support, manageable volume, and quick onboarding.

Schedule
Mon, Tues, Thurs: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Wed: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
No weekends

Practice Details
18–20 patients/day
All ages (true family medicine mix)
EMR: eClinicalWorks
Experience with FQHC settings preferred
Interpreter services used regularly (no bilingual requirement)

Logistics
Start: End of May (urgent need)
Credentialing: ASAP / expedited
Assignment may be short-term, but ongoing need has been consistent

Travel
Lodging provided
Mileage covered (home → lodging → home)

Requirements
NP or PA
Active DEA
Active MI license
