Job description

Nurse Practitioner needed for coverage
- Contract length: ASAP – November 30, with the potential to extend
o Credentialing timeframe: roughly 6-8 weeks
o Start date will be dependent on completion of privileges and federal security clearance
- Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Treating all ages
- Basic Primary Care cases, sick/well visits, some chronic care such as hypertension/diabetes
- No light trauma cases/procedures required
- Roughly 12-15 patients per day
- Working alongside full medical support staff (Primary Care physician, Behavioral Health also represented)
- Facility uses EMR, will provide training
- Any state license is acceptable
- Travel and lodging provided
