• Elizabeth, NJ (10 miles south of Newark)
• NP or PA
• PORTUGUESE SPEAKING VERY STRONGLY PREFERRED!!!!
• Administering initial screening/questionnaire only
• Monday-Friday from 8a-4p or 9a-5p
• Will take multiple providers
• All screenings will be scheduled
• All PPE will be provided
• Mileage Ok
