• Community Health Center based
• Will consider FP/IM or NP
• BE/BC (strongly prefer board certified)
• NO new grads
• 20-25 patients per day
• 9a-5p
• Full Time
• Minimum 3 days a week
• Full support staff
• Credentialing is ~4 weeks
• EMR: ECW
• NO T&L
