Position Details

Start Date: November 17, 2025

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Hours: Flexible between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM

Shift Structure:

Minimum requirement: 4 days per week

Preferred schedule: 4 hours per day, 5 days per week

Coverage: Scheduled clinic hours only; no call

Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic

Assignment Length

Contracted through December 31, 2025

Potential to extend beyond this date
