Salary: $130,000 – $145,000 per year

We are seeking an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner to join a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY. This role combines office-based care and house calls, offering a flexible and dynamic clinical setting.

Qualifications
✔️ Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent
✔️ Active NY State Nurse Practitioner license
✔️ Board Certified Adult or Family NP
✔️ New graduates may apply (experience preferred)
✔️ Proficiency in MDLand EMR
✔️ Strong clinical and communication skills

Key Responsibilities
✔️ Conduct physical exams and patient assessments
✔️ Order and interpret diagnostic tests
✔️ Develop and manage patient care plans
✔️ Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
✔️ Prescribe medications and treatments
✔️ Document patient care accurately in EMR
✔️ Educate patients and families on disease management
✔️ Collaborate with physicians and care teams
