Community Health Center in Brooklyn Seeking NP or MD
• Up to 4 days a week
• ASAP - Ongoing
• Adults Only
• Basic Primary Care Duties
• Schedule: Mon & Fri at one location and Tues/Thurs at another
• 1-2 years experience required
• Very low patient volume; maximum 8-10 patients per day
• Ideally would like provider to start mid-May
• EMR: ECW
• Full support staff
