We are seeking a Family Practice NP for an ongoing assignment in Rush, New York.

Start Date: July 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Practice Setting: Inpatient
Assignment Details:
• Provide medical care in a juvenile correctional facility
• Assess, diagnose, and manage patient conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic and lab testing
• Collaborate with physicians under practice agreements
• Provide after-hours and weekend phone consultation for urgent needs
• Adolescent patient population in a secure residential setting
License: Active New York License Required
Requirements:
• Board Certified Family Practice NP
• Must be comfortable working in a correctional setting
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment management skills
