Chinese/English Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner / Nurse Practitioner

Description:
We are seeking a Chinese/English Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner / Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in an outpatient clinical setting. The role involves working collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality healthcare services. Candidates must be fluent in both Chinese and English to effectively communicate with and serve a diverse patient population.

About the facility:
This position is based across multiple outpatient clinical facilities throughout New York, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Flushing, and Staten Island. The clinical environment emphasizes team-based care, patient education, preventive services, and continuity of care within community-based outpatient settings.

Compensation:
‣ $160,000 - $200,000 annually

Job Responsibilities:
‣ Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patient conditions in accordance with clinical standards.
‣ Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans and follow-up care.
‣ Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
‣ Provide patient education and preventive healthcare guidance.
‣ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare staff.
‣ Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare regulations.
‣ Conduct patient assessments, prescribe treatments as permitted, and collaborate with supervising physicians.
‣ Support continuity of care in an outpatient clinical setting.

Qualifications:
‣ Active New York State Nurse Practitioner (NP) license (as applicable).
‣ Board Certification/Eligibility preferred.
‣ Strong outpatient clinical experience preferred.
‣ Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English required.
‣ Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
‣ Ability to work collaboratively under physician supervision when required.
‣ Work authorization status must be verified.

Working Hours:
‣ Full-time outpatient schedule.
‣ Exact hours to be discussed during the interview process.
‣ Flexibility required for assignment across multiple New York locations (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Flushing, Staten Island).
