Mid-Level Provider

Job description

We are seeking a compassionate, qualified Mid-Level provider to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physician to provide comprehensive medical services, ranging from initial diagnosis to long-term treatment planning. The ideal candidate possesses strong clinical judgment, excels in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Benefits

Salary starts at $120,000, based on experience may be negotiated.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough physical examinations, obtain detailed medical histories, and document findings accurately in patient records.
Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose acute and chronic illnesses, develop therapeutic treatment plans, and prescribe medications authorized by state law.
Diagnostic Management: Order and interpret various diagnostic tests.
Clinical Procedures: Perform routine and minor procedures such as suturing, wound care, and injections.
Patient Education: Counsel patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications.
Collaborative Care: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team—including physicians, nurses, and specialists—to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
Medical Record Management: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
