The center features a collaborative environment with strong support staff including center management, medical assistants, and patient service associates, along with offsite supervising physician support for advanced practice providers.

Job Details:
• Full-time position serving as the sole provider in the urgent care center
• Handle high volume patient care with up to 60 patients per day (average 40 for this site)
• Treat adult and pediatric patients ages 6 months and up
• Provide urgent care services including minor procedures such as I&D, laceration repair, and ear irrigation
• Must have Epic EMR proficiency and complete required Epic training
• Minimum 12 months of experience required treating both adults and pediatrics
• Board certification required (BC/NCCPA/NP Boards)
• Required certifications include Board Certification, PA Cert or Family NP Cert, BLS, and NC DEA
• Active North Carolina license required
• Must be local candidate within 60-mile radius and able to commit to full-time hours including summer coverage
• Must pass clinical screening interview and complete mandatory onboarding/training on designated Wednesdays
• No call requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills required for patient and staff interactions
• 20-day credentialing timeframe
• Opportunity to work at multiple locations within the network as needed
