NP/PA Locum Opportunity – Oklahoma City, OK

Location: Oklahoma City, OK (multiple surrounding counties)
Start: June (as soon as credentialed)
Assignment Length: 13 weeks (flexible; short- or long-term options available)

**Specialties Considered:**

* Geriatrics, Home Health, Hospice & Palliative Care
* Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Urgent Care, Public Health

**Schedule:**

* Flexible scheduling, Monday–Sunday
* Day shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
* No nights or weekends required

**Practice Setting:**

* Home Health / In-home evaluations
* EMR: MySignify

**Work Details:**

* 6–9 patient visits per day
* Conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members
* Responsibilities include medical history review, medication review, and physical assessments
* No prescribing, lab ordering, or treatment modifications required
* Pre-populated, patient-specific documentation provided

**Travel:**

* Airfare, lodging, and rental car available (eligibility dependent)
* $40/day gas stipend

**Requirements:**

* Board Certified NP or PA
* Master’s degree required
* Active state license required

**Credentialing:**

* Approximately 7 days to 2–3 weeks

**Open Counties:**

* Enid Region: Alfalfa, Garfield, Grant, Kay, Major, Noble
* Ardmore Region: Carter, Johnston, Love, Marshall, Murray

**Submission Requirements:**

* NPI number
* County preference
