Job description

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner locum opportunity in Hillsboro, OR available. This is a full-time outpatient role in a collaborative family medicine setting.

Schedule:
• Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts between 7:30a–5:30p)
• 40 hours/week (36 patient care + 4 admin)
• No call
• Start: July 2026 (ASAP available)
• ~4-month assignment

Practice:
• Outpatient family medicine clinic
• 14–16 patients per day
• All ages patient population (peds to geriatrics)
• Integrated care model (behavioral health, pharmacy, care coordination)
• Optional minor procedures (not required)
• EMR: Epic
• Strong support staff (MA, RN, social work, pharmacy)

Requirements:
• Board Certified NP
• Active OR license (licensing not available)
• Minimum 3 years primary care experience
• Family medicine experience preferred (pediatric experience a plus)
• Local candidates only

Credentialing:
• Approximately 4–5 months (expedited possible)
