NP/PA Primary Care – Locum Tenens – La Grande, OR Area

Job description

A well-established hospital in the La Grande, Oregon area is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a locum tenens primary care assignment from September 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. OHC will provide housing, travel, and a rental car billed back to the client.

The role involves outpatient primary care in a clinic open from 8am-6pm, Monday through Thursday (4x10 shifts) with no call required. The provider will see patients of all ages with a typical patient volume of 10-15 per day using the EPIC EMR system. The provider must be able to work independently in a scenic Eastern Oregon community.

Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Primary Care (no new grads), active Oregon license and DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications. Proficiency in EPIC EMR is required.
