Experience: 3-6 years working within EM, FM, UC.
Ages: 3 months and up
License: Active SC license and DEA
​Schedule: Preference for full time Locum
EMR: Velocity
Volume: 35-80, over 40 ppd will have two providers​
2 clinics in area
Hours: Monday-Saturday 8-8p
Sunday 8-5p​
