Job description

• July 18th through the 21st.
• 8 AM to 5 PM, lunch from 12 to 1.
• Locum will be the sole provider
• 5 to 20 DOT Physicals Per Day, 2-10 Work Injury patients per day
• DOT Certification Required
• Suturing Required
