Opportunity:
Nurse Practitioner - General Medicine

Job Details:
• Perform Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments for Veterans
• Must have own office within 50 miles of Warwick, RI for this specific opening
• 5 days per week coverage needed in Warwick, RI area
• Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment including range of motion and muscle strength testing
• No prescribing or treatment responsibilities - evaluation only
• Option to work half-days (4 hours) and/or full days (8+ hours)
• Follow-up administrative work required including addendums, medical opinions, and reading diagnostics
• Must be proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions
• DMA certification training completion required
• Must own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products)
• Active and unrestricted Rhode Island license required
• AANP certification required
• Office must meet ADA compliance requirements with required facility photos
• Quick credentialing and onboarding process
• Ongoing PRN basis with flexible scheduling

Compensation:
