We are in need of a Family Practice APP locum provider

Job description

- Patients of all ages
- Walk-in clinic
- Start date ASAP
- 3 months to start with the possibility of extending while we are recruiting for this position. This position could also have a possibility to be a locum to perm position if both parties feel it is a good fit.
- Monday-Friday
- Prefer a provider with 3-5 years of previous family practice clinic experience and previous rural health experience is preferred as well
- Average of 17 patients/day
