Compressed work schedules such as 4-10’s or 12-hour rotations may be available based on the needs of the institution and upon mutual consent of the contractor. Work hours will be variable and may include holidays, weekends, and evenings. These hours may be adjusted to meet the needs of the institution. If the contractor fails to provide coverage, the Government may seek contractual remedy.
