Opportunity:
Advanced Practice Provider - Family Medicine

Job Details:
• Flexible schedule with most providers working four 10-hour shifts per week (7 AM - 5 PM)
• Established workflow with 30-minute new patient visits and 15-minute follow-ups for routine care
• Collaborative support with shared call rotation among physicians and after-hours nurse line
• Work in a supportive clinical environment with access to advanced resources
• Collaborate with integrated care network including Behavioral Health and Occupational Health
