Start Date: April 2026
Contract Length: 3 months with option to extend
Schedule: Primary Care PA/NP
Schedule: 4x10s (Tuesday-Friday) every week
Outpatient Clinic
Patients are all ages
Bread and butter outpatient primary care cases

Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP
Active WV License Required
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
