Aya Locums is looking for a Primary Care APP in Central Wisconsin

Assignment Details:
• Start Date: October 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-4p sometimes 5p
• Call Required: No
• Practice Setting: Clinic
• Patient Volume: 10 patients per day
• Patient Population: Adults
• Job Details: Direct primary care clinic providing full-scope primary care, including acute, chronic and wellness care

Requirements:
• State License: Active WI license NOT required
• Certifications: BLS
• Credentialing: 2 weeks
