Full Time

This contract Nurse Practitioner role offers an opportunity to provide care at a clinic located in Windsor, WI. Possible contract extension.
You will provide patient-centered primary care, occupational health, and related services, working within Epic EHR workflows and standard visit times.

Schedule and Shift Details:
Monday–Tuesday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Wednesday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Provider Qualifications & Expectations
Clinical knowledge and experience in primary care, acute care, and occupational health are expected.
Ability to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across a variety of healthcare needs.
Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills.
Exceptional customer service is a top priority, with an emphasis on creating a welcoming, respectful, and positive patient experience.
