Permanent Family Medicine Physician

Seeking a full-time Board Certified or truly Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician for an established outpatient practice.

Position Highlights:

Comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
4- or 5-day work week, 40 hours
Average 18–24 patients/day
Light, phone-only call with RN triage
EPIC EMR
Teaching and leadership opportunities
No in-office weekend hours; occasional telemedicine coverage during call rotation

Compensation & Benefits:

$250,000–$260,000 base salary
Up to $75,000 starting bonus
$25,000 retention bonus at the start of year 2

Key Requirements:

Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active NY license or willing to obtain
DEA and AHA ACLS by start date
