Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract assignment in a premier Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation setting in Purcell, OK. This role is focused on providing high-quality rehabilitative care to help patients regain cognitive and physical functional independence.

We are pleased to consider both experienced therapists and motivated New Graduates who have completed Level II clinical rotations.

Assignment Details:
Location: Purcell, OK

Setting: Long-Term Care / Inpatient Rehab

Schedule: 8-Hour Day Shifts | Monday – Friday

Guarantee: 35 Hours Weekly

Work-Life Balance: No Weekends | No Call

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluations: Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL functioning disorders.

Treatment Plans: Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and individualized rehabilitation plans.

Interventions: Perform ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and utilize necessary modalities/assistive devices.

Coordination: Maintain accurate electronic documentation and participate in interdisciplinary care conferences.

Supervision: Provide oversight for OT Assistants (COTAs) and rehab aides as required.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of OT experience is preferred; however, New Grads with Level II clinicals are welcome to apply.

Licensure: Active Oklahoma OT State License (Required).

Clinical Skills: Proficiency in LTC or Rehab settings.

Documentation: Ability to maintain compliance with NBCOT standards and state practice acts.
