🏥 Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (Permanent)

📍 Location: Pennsylvania

⏰ Schedule:

🌙 Night Shift Differential:
Additional **$1.75/hour** for night shifts.

### 🛑 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS (Strict Compliance):

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License or temporary work permit required at the time of interview.

• Current BLS (AHA) Certification required.

• COVID-19 Vaccination required.

• Nursing home experience is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of nursing theory, medical asepsis, documentation, observation techniques, body mechanics, and resident care preferred.

• Excellent communication, professionalism, and commitment to quality resident care preferred.

### 📋 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer medications, treatments, and monitoring as ordered.

• Accurately document resident care using PCC EMR.

• Supervise daily activities of nursing assistants and LPNs.

• Monitor changes in resident condition and communicate with the RN Supervisor.

• Update resident care plans and ensure implementation by the care team.

• Assist physicians during rounds, examinations, and treatments.

• Collect laboratory specimens and coordinate testing.

• Complete incident reports and required clinical documentation.

• Participate in resident transfers, discharge planning, and post-mortem care when necessary.

• Conduct narcotic counts at the beginning and end of each shift.

• Assist with staff orientation, quality assurance initiatives, and annual evaluations.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, care conferences, and continuing education.

• **Base Pay:** **$32.00/hour**
