Supervise Nursing Assistants while delivering direct nursing care under the guidance of the RN Supervisor.

π CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer medications, treatments, and monitor resident conditions.
Supervise daily activities of Nursing Assistants and ensure quality resident care.
Update and implement individualized care plans.
Document resident assessments, physician orders, treatments, and incident reports using PCC (Physician's Computer Company EMR).
Assist physicians during rounds, examinations, and treatments.
Collect laboratory specimens and coordinate testing.
Monitor infection control practices and quality assurance initiatives.
Assist with staffing assignments, orientation of new nursing staff, and team conferences.
Maintain narcotic counts, treatment supplies, and resident records.
Support resident transfers, admissions, post-mortem care, and family communication.
Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate care environment.
Perform additional clinical and supervisory duties as assigned.
π SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS (Strict Compliance):
Licensure: Current Pennsylvania LPN License or Temporary Work Permit (Required at Interview).
Certification: Current BLS (AHA) Certification.
Experience: Nursing Home experience preferred; New Graduates are encouraged to apply.
COVID-19 Vaccine: Preferred but not required.
Knowledge of nursing theory, medical asepsis, documentation, observation, and resident care preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to comply with all facility policies, procedures, and state regulations.
π COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $26.00/hour
Night Shift Differential: $0.75/hour
