Locum General Dentist needed in Tomahawk, Wisconsin

**Client will wait for license and prioritize candidates living in IL, MN, WI States.**

They will be solo provider - Monday - Thursday; Friday clinic is closed.

Client covers all travel expenses.

Outpatient Family Dental Clinic

Credentialing: 2-4 weeks

Start: 3/17

End: 9/18

LOA: 3 or 6 month contracts

Schedule: 4 days a week Mon - Thurs. (Mon & Tues 8-6, Wed - 9-6, & Thurs 8-4)

Procedures: General Dentistry - MUST See all ages - Crowns, fillings, bridges get sent out to lab, root canal therapy, peds dentistry, hygiene work.

EMR: Dentrix

License: WI license - Client will wait for a license!

Certifications: DDS/DMD; BLS & DEA

Closest airport is RHI (only United and Delta fly into here about 25 min away) or international airport in Greenbay (Austin Straubel) about 2 hours away
