Opportunity:
Advanced Practice - Physician Assistant - Family Practice, Family Nurse Practitioner

Job Details:
• Monday-Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM with 18 patient encounters per day minimum
• Provide care for mixed patient population including pediatric and adult patients
• Must have minimum 3 years of experience in similar setting with panel management experience
• Experience with chronic pain management required
• Chart closure required within 72 hours
• Active DEA license required before starting
• Board certification eligible required
• Must be licensed in California only
• BLS and PALS certifications required
• Credentialing timeframe is 45-60 days
• Required immunizations before start date include: Flu vaccine, TB status/X-ray results (within 90 days), positive MMR titer or complete series, positive Hep B titer or complete series, positive Varicella Zoster titer or complete series, and Tdap immunization (within last 10 years)
• Housing coordination available through designated coordinator

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
