Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician
Location: Metro Atlanta, Georgia
Setting: 100% Outpatient
Employment: Full-Time, Permanent
Partnership: Partnership Track with Buy-In Opportunity
Medical Director: Leadership Opportunity Available

H-1B Sponsorship: Available; evaluated case by case

Compensation:
Base Salary: $220,000 – $270,000/year + Bonus
Total Earning Potential: $300,000+ OTE
CME Allowance: $3,500 annually
Dedicated CME Time: 1 week annually

Schedule:
Monday – Friday 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM No nights No weekends No hospital rounding No on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive primary care to a predominantly adult patient population.
• Perform routine physical examinations, including well-woman visits and Pap smears.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based practices.
• Counsel patients on preventive care, wellness, and healthy lifestyle strategies.
• Evaluate and manage urgent and walk-in primary care complaints.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support excellent patient outcomes.
• Review laboratory results and clinical documentation promptly and thoroughly.
• Complete EMR charting within 72 hours.
• See approximately 2–2.2 patients per hour on average, including walk-ins.

Requirements:
• Valid and unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Active DEA License.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team.
