Clinical responsibilities encompass the evaluation and management of primary care conditions, with a focus on type 2 diabetes, including management with oral diabetes medications, GLP agents, and insulin. Clinicians with at least one year of primary care experience and demonstrated experience managing type 2 diabetes are preferred; those with diabetes specialty experience will be considered for patients with complex diabetes needs. A PA license, DEA registration, and prescriptive authority are required for this assignment; board certification is negotiable.
