Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 13 weeks with the option to extend
Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts (Tuesday-Friday)
Job details: Outpatient Primary Care; Must treat all ages

WV License Required (We can help License you!)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
