Job description

Family Practice physician needed full-time with Indian Health
- Location: Phoenix, AZ
- Weekdays: 4-10hour shifts, 8a-7p
- Volume: 80-90/week
- Must see all ages
- Standard FP clinic cases
- Must be BC and have AZ state license
- DEA and CSR needed
- 3 years experience
- Support staff: MA 1:1 at least
- 3-6 month contract
- EMR: NextGen
