We are seeking a full-time Family Practice locums provider for an opportunity in Fremont, CA, offering a consistent daytime schedule.

Start date: October 2026
6+ month contract
8am-5pm, flexible if needed, Monday - Friday
Average patient volume of 18 per day
EMR: Epic
Board Certified or Board Eligible required
DEA and BLS required
