Job description

• Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM
• Contract length: 4 month 6 months preferred
• Credentialing: 2months
• Number of Openings: 5
• Specialty: Family Medicine
• Boards: Certification required, but will consider eligible
• 2 Interview process: CMO and CEO in the next 48 hours
• Patient volume: 3-4 patients an hour
• EMR: Epic required
• Support staff: Care coordinator, RN
