Family Medicine | Outpatient | Long-Term Assignment
We are seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing outpatient clinic system in Sacramento, CA. This role offers consistent daytime hours, reliable patient volume, and an excellent long-term opportunity within a mission-driven community organization.

Position Overview
• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: Sacramento, California
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Assignment Length: Minimum 6-month commitment (ongoing need)
• Setting: Outpatient clinic
• Patient Volume: ~3 patients per hour / approx. 25 per day
• Patients: All ages
• Charting: EPIC (charts must be closed within 3 days)

Role Expectations
• Provide full-scope Family Medicine care in a busy outpatient environment
• Manage inbox and administrative tasks confidently
• Deliver high-quality care in a community health setting
• Comfort with telehealth: 20-minute slots, including 2 tele-visits per day

Requirements
• MD/DO — Family Medicine
• Board Certified
• Active CA license & DEA
• BLS certified
• Prior FQHC experience highly preferred
• Must be competent with EMR documentation and inbox management
