Choose Between Two Locations in Southeast California

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in Southeast California. This opportunity allows you to choose between two practice locations, each offering competitive compensation, strong support, and excellent long-term earning potential.

Position Highlights
Outpatient-only non-profit, FQHC
22 patients per day
Supportive clinical team and efficient workflows
Focus on continuity of care and long-term patient relationships

Compensation & Incentives
Base Salary Options:
Location Option A: $330,000 – $350,000
Location Option B: $350,000 – $375,000

Production Incentives: Yes
Signing Bonus: Up to $30,000
Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000
Housing Stipend: $2,000/month (after tax) for up to 1 year

Qualifications
