Opportunity:
Physician - Family Medicine, Internal Medicine

Job Details:
• Provide primary care services with a minimum of 18 patients per day
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• Treat a mixed patient population including pediatrics and adults
• Includes some chronic pain management responsibilities
• Chart closure required within 72 hours
• Board certification required (will consider Board Eligible if within 5 years of residency)
• DO candidates accepted
• Active DEA license required before start date
• BLS certification required
• California medical license required
• Preferred skills include well woman care, IUD insertion/removal, and general pediatric care
• Required immunizations: Flu vaccine, TB status/X-ray, MMR titer, Hepatitis B titer, Varicella Zoster titer, and Tdap
• Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days
• Decision typically made within 7-14 days
• 30-day notice required for ending assignments

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
